Dark Horse Tile Works is a privately operated art tile studio in
Bay City, Michigan. The studio features custom art tile in ceramic and glass created by Bay City Michigan artist Sara Urband-Murphy.
All of the tiles, from the simplest to the most complex, are original designs or adaptations of copyright-free designs. Most of these motifs can be applied to any of the tile production methods described here on our website.
Relief tiles are hand carved and molded in our studio. We can also produce your unique design ideas in ceramic and glass.
Our tiles can be used alone or combined with ready-made tiles as
a decorative accent.
